Each Performance mini-roll is precisely made for an exact fit giving a superior cleaning performance. We manufacture in-house all plastic cores used in making Performance mini-rolls. Core dimensions are therefore always correct and the material extremely durable. Each roll is manually inspected before packing to ensure sharp shoulders, straight edges and correct circumference. All Performance mini-rolls are packed in extra strong double sided corrugated boxes and clearly labelled.
Technical Data: Performance cloth is specifically developed for Automatic Blanket Cleaning systems. It is manufactured with a mix of 55% cellulose and 45% polyester fibers utilizing a high pressure hydro-entanglement process. Typical properties of Performance fabric:
